This data is a list of Historic Individual Landmarks and Preservation Districts in Louisville Metro. It was compilied by the Landmarks Commission of Louisville Metro Government. These Individual Landmarks and Preservation Districts are regulated by Louisville Metro Government. Prior to exterior alterations a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) is required. Urban Design is the division of the Office of Planning [502-574-6230] that issues COAs.
Whenever the Landmarks Commission adds another Landmark or District to their list this layer will need to be updated.
Since Landmarks are found, nominated, and approved by committee a set time frame is not possible
