The purpose of the the Capital Projects layer is to provide the user with a detailed summary of all the capital projects in the MSD service area.

Project details are exported from Project Central and then uploaded into the Capital Projects Layer. The Capital Projects layer provides spatial information to the project manager to help manage all spatial aspects as it relates to the project.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
